So first of all there are the chocolate truffles... Theyre basically chocolate ganache cooled, rolled into balls and coated in cocoa and coolie crumbs! These are very yummy indeed!
Then there's the gingerbread reindeer biscuits we made for Santa. I turned the gingerman cookie cutter upside down and decorated with royal icing. My main goal this year is to keep practising my royal icing on my biscuits so youll see alot more blog posts on this im sure.
Id be interested to know which route my fellow bakers would take... egg white powder or meringue powder?? I used egg white for this batch!
Last but not least its the old fashioned school cake/ traybake covered in christmas sprinkles obviously!!!
I hope you have all managed to make the best of christmas no matter what Tier you are in! We are in Tier 4 here and it has been very quiet but we have defo made the best of it.
I must not forget Happy New Year lets hope in 2021 we all kick COVID19's butt!
