So after really getting into the Starbucks Frappuccino's I decided to try out making my own today and I must say it went very well. I am quite a coffee novice so I wasn't sure how it would turn out!
I must add a little request to Starbucks..... Please bring back the Banana Split Frappuccino's because they were amazeballs and I don't think I could replicate that one?!
It's not Starbucks It's mine... Frappuccino
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
1.5 Teaspoons of Instant coffee ( I used Nescafe Gold as we didn't have Starbucks brand)
1.5 Cup of Milk ( I used Semi- Skimmed)
1 Cup of Ice Cubes
3 Tablespoons of Frappuccino syrup or I also used some ice cream syrup for my son's

First things first I got all of my ingredients out ready along with the cups and my trusty hand blender!
Then I put everything into the blender cup and went for it!
To serve I rimmed the cups with syrup first before I poured in the drink.
To finish I topped with whipped cream and a little more syrup.
You can easily make this recipe into any flavour combination by using different flavoured syrups or ice cream sauces for the kiddies. Obviously for my sons I left out the coffee... a fully caffeinated 11 year old is not what I need on a Sunday!! He had a chocolate based Frappuccino with chocolate sauce and crushed Oreo's. I had the coffee, with banoffee sauce and a little caramel syrup.
