So we may all have had a super tough 2020 with COVID19 completely changing our lives BUT being home i've had plenty of time to bake and try different recipes.
As well of my older recipes of chocolate fudge and biscoff fudge i have also baked mince pies (paul hollywood's recipe) and jam tarts for the hubby who doesn't appreciate the glory of a mince pie!!! 😲
I have also tried a new Gingerbread recipe for gingerbread men and i must admit they are delish! I even made my own royal icing which im such a novice at... i usually use the tate and lyle royal icing sugar!
I must also add that my 15 year old actually wanted to help me make both of these so i jumped at the chance as its a rare occurance he wants to do things with mum!
