Here's what i've been upto today....

Today i have been decorating this Princess castle cake! I have really enjoyed it.... especially as its pink and sparkly!!

It is a two tier, Vanilla Madeira sponge cake covered in buttecream and fondant. Decorated with lots of handmade decorations. The turrets are made from rice krispie treats covered in sugarpaste! I was really nervous about making them as hadnt done it before but they went ok!

Im really pleased with this cake 🎂
