So i've got a hectic week coming up next week with all my Easter orders for Good Friday... But i made 3 lots of cupcakes yesterday and prepared a tad for next week!
I baked 1 lot of Peppa Pig Cupcakes (they seem to be going really well), 1 lot of plain swirled cupcakes with sparkles and 1 more lot of Best Friend Cupcakes!
Everytime i get an order and i think... can i do this? Am i good enough? Then i have to remind myself... YES I AM!
If this pandemic has taught me anything it's that i have to believe in myself and keep looking forwards not backwards.... no good ever comes of looking back! Anyone else with me there?
